Riftbound Starter Decks: Guide to Premade Champion Decks

Riot Games is offering players several ways to jump into their new trading card game. Among the most popular options are the premade champion decks, which let players start playing right away without having to build their own decks from scratch. These preconstructed decks are designed to be balanced and beginner-friendly, making them a great starting point for anyone new to the game.

There are two main types of Riftbound premade starter decks available. The first is the Proving Grounds Starter Box, which comes with four decks built around Annie, Garen, Lux, and Master Yi. The Proving Grounds box is currently sold out on the Riot Merch Store, but it can still be found through third-party retailers and resellers if you're willing to pay a bit more.

The second option is the Origins Champion Decks, which feature Jinx, Viktor, and Lee Sin. Each of these decks contains 56 cards, including three rares, and comes with a booster pack, a full-size paper playmat, and a deckbox. These three decks are still available on the Riot Merch Store for €20.99 each.

Below, you'll find the full decklists for all seven Riftbound starter decks—Jinx, Viktor, Lee Sin, Annie, Garen, Lux, and Master Yi. These lists show exactly what cards come in each deck, along with their rarity and current market prices.

Should You Buy a Premade Deck?

If you're new to Riftbound, a premade deck is probably the best way to start. The Origins Champion Decks are especially good value since they include a booster pack and a playmat along with the deck itself.

For players who want to learn with friends, the Proving Grounds box would have been the perfect choice, but since it's sold out on the official store, your best bet is to either check third-party sellers or grab two or three of the Origins Champion Decks instead.
