Fuzhou Regional Results - Popularity, Conversion Rate & Best Deck for Every Legend!

Regional tournament are the most competitive events in Riftbound, typically shaping up the metagame and inspiring players around the world.Obviously, these events will mostly feature the best legends in the game.

In Spiritforged, that legend is Draven, represented 183 times among 511 players. The Glorious Executioner was three times more represented than the second on the popularity poll Irelia, at 63 representatives.

If we looked at the top of the tournament, it would be easy to call this metagame a problematic one already, as Draven clearly is a bit out of line. Indeed, 40 of the top 64 decks is a dominant showing, no matter how you look at it. However, the beauty of regional tournaments is the incentive to be the best with your legend.
Outside winning the whole thing, the metal card battle is great to watch, mostly because it gives a purpose to playing your favorite character from Runeterra, whether it is good or catastrophic in the current metagame. Thanks to that initative, every regional tournament features every legends in Riftbound.

Some are a bit depressing to look at, such as Garen, Darius, Jinx or Leona, each picked two times only, and unable to rank better than the first half, in the Top 256. Nonetheless, even those legends we likely won't hear about except for those metal cards have a deck and some news about them, so let's take a look at the results from each of the 28 legends in Riftbound, and the best performing deck for each.

Legends are organised based on their best rank. A full tier list is in the works, but will come a little later this week. Here are a few interesting facts about the results until then:

Fiora made it to the finals, but didn't shine except for that fantastic run. Indeed, with only 2 players in the top 64 out of 24 representatives, Fiora's 8.33% conversion rate is worse than Kai'sa and Irelia, only beating Viktor among legends with more than 20 decks.
Both Azir and Viktor failed to shine in this Best-of Three tournament, once again proving Tokens strategies are more suited for Best-of-One tournaments.
Sivir probably had the worst showing compared to the expectations ahead of the tournament. 17 players ranks Sivir 6th overall in popularity, while her best result being a top 256 has the Battle Mistress among the worst performers among all 28 legends.
Among legends with few players picking them, Annie, Ezreal and Ahri did the best. Annie managed to reach the top 8 with only 10 representatives, Ezreal got two players in the Top 64 out of 10 total, and Ahri made it to the top 32 with just 5 players at the start of the tournament.
Irelia and Kai'sa had a very similar conversion rate, 12.9% and 12.82% respectively, keeping the discussion for second best in this metagame alive.
The top 3 Body legends (Fiora, Lucian, Master Yi) were not playing OGN-160 while the best deck for Sett, Miss Fortune and Sivir did build around that card. Overall, the ramp reward doesn't look like a dominant card, but a fine back up plan for legends struggling to get their signature synergy going in this environment.
