The Riftbound: Arcane gift box set is a promotional product released to celebrate Arcane: Season 2 — the hit animation based on League of Legends. Characters of the show - Caitlyn, Heimerdinger, Jinx, Viktor, Warwick, and Vi — feature as the alternate art cards from the first set of Riftbound, Origins.
Initially, the planned release date was early 2025, but Riot has since decided to shift focus onto making sure the core gameplay and release of Set 1: Origins meet the highest standards. This means that the Arcane Box set will be released eventually, but there's no official release date at this point.
